  • "Which tasks are overdue?"

  • "Show me my active projects."

ChatGPT will use your Subtrak connection to find the information you need.

Good to know

  • Your account, your data: ChatGPT works with the same access you have in Subtrak, so it can only see and do what you're permitted to.

  • Making changes: ChatGPT can add things, edit things, assign tasks, and mark tasks done in Subtrak. It can't delete anything. Review its work, especially when making larger changes.

  • Switching accounts: Your connection is tied to the Subtrak account you authorize. If you need to switch accounts, disconnect and reconnect using your other login.

  • Using the plugin: If ChatGPT isn't accessing Subtrak, try selecting the Subtrak plugin directly in your conversation.
